Shipping and delivery

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 AM are typically shipped on the same day. However, we cannot always guarantee this; sometimes products are out of stock, which may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. The product page provides an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The prices mentioned are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium are zero. For all other destinations, shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart.

Delivery is handled through DHL parcel service. Generally, in the Netherlands delivery will occur on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
