Return & Refund Policy

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? At Huma you can return your item within 14 days.

Return period

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. You register your return via our online returns form which you can request via e-mail. You have 14 days after registering your return to return your order. The cost of returning your order is for your own account. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, excluding any paid shipping costs and return costs.

Return process

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. For clothing, it is important that the clothing hangtag is attached. To return your order, please register your return with our online returns form.

You can choose from two return options with us:

1. You return your order via your own carrier, at your own expense to:

2. You can also opt for using the return label provided with your item. This option can only be used within the Netherlands! This return label costs € 6.95 and will be deducted from the refund.

Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the amount due within 5 days after receipt of your return provided the items have already been received in good order.

If the product is used and/or the hangtag on the clothing is missing, unfortunately we cannot accept the return and you will not receive a refund from us. Is the product damaged? Then we will charge the depreciation of the product on the refund. So please treat our products with care and make sure it is packed and returned unused and undamaged when returning.
